Terms and Conditions

1. Background
- The website linked to the domain name “www.tramediluce.it” (hereinafter, the “Site“), owned by BEIT EVENTS S.R.L. (C.F. and P.IVA 06889150964), with registered office in 20142 – Milan (MI), Alzaia Naviglio Pavese, n. 260, in the person of its legal representative pro tempore (hereinafter, “Beit“), is dedicated to the presentation of the event organized by Beit “TRAME OF LIGHT” and the sale of related admission tickets.
- These Site terms and conditions (hereinafter, the “T&Cs”) govern how:
- whereby Beit grants users of the Site (hereinafter, the “Users” or, in the singular, the “User“) the right to browse the Site; and
- of use of telematic services for the sale of admission tickets managed by MTICKET S.R.L. (C.F. and P.IVA 10135930963) with registered office in 20143 – Milan (MI), Viale Cassala, n. 36, in the person of its legal representative pro tempore (hereinafter, the “Services“).
- Browsing, registering a personal account, and using the Site’s contact form and Services are subject to acceptance of these T&Cs, the Site’s Privacy Policy (hereinafter, “Privacy Policy“) and the extended information on the use of cookies (hereinafter, “Cookie Policy“), acceptance of which is deemed to be finalized by the User’s consultation of any page of the Site. If the User does not intend to accept these T&Cs, the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy, it is sufficient for the User to refrain from browsing the Site and/or using the Services.
2. Definitions
- Subject to the words already defined in Art. Error: source of the reference not found, whenever the following words are used in these T&Cs with capital letters they will have the following meaning, it being understood that definitions in the plural will apply to the relevant term in the singular and vice versa:
- “Consumer Code“: the Legislative Decree no. 206/2005 and ss.mm.ii;
- “Consumer” means a User over the age of 18 (eighteen) who makes the purchase for purposes unrelated to any commercial, craft or professional activity carried out pursuant to Art. 3, co. 1(a) of the Consumer Code;
- “Contract“: the sales contract between the User, the Platform Manager and the Event Organizer concerning the Access Title, of which these T&Cs are an integral part;
- “Event“: the “TRAME OF LIGHT” event that will take place in Rome (RM) and Milan (MI) on November 16, 2023 to January 7, 2024;
- “Event Organizer“: BEIT EVENTS S.R.L. (C.F. and P.IVA 06889150964), with registered office in 20142 – Milan (MI), Alzaia Naviglio Pavese, n. 260, in the person of the legal representative pro tempore;
- “SalesPlatform”: the platform “MTicket – version 1.7” offered by MARKETING MULTIMEDIA S.R.L. (C.F. E P.IVA 06097700154), with registered office 20143 – Milan (MI), Viale Cassala, n. 36, in the person of its legal representative pro tempore, deemed suitable in its hardware and software components for the issuance of access tickets with measure no. 2022/384751 dated October 13, 2022 of the Internal Revenue Service;
- “Access Security Holder” means the person who lawfully and in accordance with these T&Cs holds an Access Security;
- “Intellectual Property” means the name and trademark “BEIT.EVENTS” (in all its graphic variants), the layout, structure, texts, images, documents of the Site, the design of the Site pages and its elements;
- “Event Owner“: BEIT EVENTS S.R.L. (C.F. and P.IVA 06889150964), with registered office in 20142 – Milan (MI), Alzaia Naviglio Pavese, n. 260, in the person of the legal representative pro tempore;
- “Sales Platform Operator“: MTICKET S.R.L. (C.F. and P.IVA 10135930963) with registered office in 20143 – Milan (MI), Viale Cassala, n. 36, in the person of its legal representative pro tempore, as the entity appointed by the Event Organizer to sell Access Tickets through the Site;
- “Access Title” means the document issued by the Event Organizer through the Sales Platform that legitimizes the Access Title Holder to access the Event.
- “Price“: the price of each category of Access Ticket set by the Event Organizer and shown on the Sales Platform on the Site, including any presale fees set and applied by the Event Organizer and VAT (22%);
3. Conditions of use of the Site
- Personal use. Beit authorizes you to make only personal, non-commercial use of the Site and solely to acquire information about the Event, use the Services, register for the Site, and/or request information.
- Use not permitted. The User may not modify, publish, duplicate, license, assign, republish on third-party sites, sell the Services, documents, images, text, or content posted on the Site, unless expressly authorized by the Company.
- Intellectual Property. The name and trademark “BEIT.EVENTS” (in all its graphic variants), the layout, structure, texts, images, documents of the Site, the design of the Site pages and its elements are the exclusive rights of Beit. The User acknowledges the validity of the Intellectual Property and agrees not to challenge it. The use of even part of the Intellectual Property by any means, analog or digital, without the written permission of Beit is prohibited.
- Absence of Warranty. The Site and the resources rendered therefrom, which are provided as they stand in law and in fact, do not guarantee to the User that use of the Site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free, and that any information obtained by the User as a result of use of the Site, will be correct or reliable, and that defects in operation will be repaired. Beit shall not be liable, either to the User or to any party directly or indirectly related to the User, for any damages, claims or losses arising out of any disruption or suspension of the Site that is the fault of the User, a third party, or caused by force majeure or unforeseeable circumstances. The existence of a hyperlink pointing to the Site from another third party website, or pointing from the Site to another third party website, does not imply endorsement or acceptance of responsibility by Beit about the content or use of the sites so linked. Beit reserves the right, at any time, without any form of notice and without any obligation for compensation and at its sole discretion, to close the Site and/or make any changes and/or additions to its content that it may deem appropriate.
- Limitation of Liability. No conditions, warranties or other terms apply to the Site except to the extent they are expressly set forth in these T&Cs. To the extent permitted by law, Beit shall not be liable to You for any direct or indirect or consequential loss You may suffer from the use of the Site, including loss of profit, absence of profit, damage to image, and others.
4. Site Registration
- Registration for an account is not required to use the Services, but the User must have a valid e-mail address and telephone number.
- Registration on the Site is free. To register, the User accesses the section of the Site dedicated to this and follows the Site’s wizard for this purpose. Registration will be confirmed by e-mail to the User. By creating an account, you agree that you are fully responsible for any and all activity you engage in with your registration credentials.
- Registration credentials are to be used exclusively by the User and cannot be given to third parties. The User agrees to keep them secret and ensure that no one has access to them. The User must inform Beit immediately in case of suspected misuse and/or disclosure of the same.
- The User warrants that the personal information provided during the Site registration process is complete and true. User agrees to hold Beit harmless from any indemnification obligation and/or penalty arising from User’s violation of the Site registration rules.
- You are free to cancel your account by making an express request to Beit at the following e-mail address: info@tramediluce.it.
- Beit reserves the right to suspend or delete a User’s account at any time, at its own discretion and without notice if it deems it contrary to these T&Cs.
- Suspension or deletion of the account does not give the User any right to compensation and/or refund and/or indemnity. Suspension or deletion of an account for causes attributable to the User shall not relieve the User from payment of any applicable fees or prices.
5. Object of Service
- The purpose of the Service is the online sale of Access Securities through the Platform Manager.
- The issuance of Access Securities is done through the Sales Platform.
- The Service is exclusively for Consumers. It is therefore prohibited for individuals other than Consumers to register on the Site and/or use the Service.
6. Access Qualifications.
- Access to the Event is allowed only to Holders of Access Securities.
- The Access Ticket is personal and non-transferable and can be purchased:
- online at the Site, through the Sales Platform;
- on-site, at the location and on the day of the Event.
- The Access Ticket constitutes a ticket only for the Event for which it was issued, on the day and time specified therein. The Event Organizer has the right to refuse access to the Event venue due to irregularities in the Access Title and to conduct checks on the person for security reasons.
- In the event of a purchase from an unauthorized person or in the event of a lost, stolen, duplicated or obtained Access Ticket in a manner not in compliance with these T&Cs, the Access Ticket Holder may not be allowed to access the Event.
7. Purchase consideration
- The Price of Access Tickets varies depending on the type of ticket, day and time slot chosen. In any case, the Price is clearly stated at the time of purchase and is shown on the payment summary. Payment by the User is made by credit card through a virtual counter in a secure mode.
- The Access Title Price may vary depending on the period of purchase, at the discretion of the Event Holder.
- The Price of the Access Title is clearly stated at the time of purchase and includes 22% VAT (the amount of which is still specified).
- The User by entering the quantity of tickets to be purchased has an immediate view of the Price to be paid for the purchase. The amount paid is also shown on the payment summary that the purchaser receives via e-mail at the end of the purchase at the e-mail address provided during purchase.
- Following payment, the payment service provider (bank) will send an e-mail to the address entered at the time of purchase confirming the transaction.
- Once the order has been placed, the User will have to fill out the form in its entirety by entering the required data and providing for the relevant payment of the amount due.
- The Price of Access Securities is the latest price reported by the Event Organizer to the Platform Manager. The Event Organizer reserves the right to change the Price of the Access Securities at any time, it being understood that in the case of a purchase through the Site the price that will be charged to the User will be the price indicated on the Site and in the order summary and that no account will be taken of any changes (neither upward nor downward) after the transmission of the order. In particular, any lower price that after the purchase by User is applied by the Event Organizer to Access Securities of the same type or with respect to a particular date of the Event, will not entitle the Customer to a refund of the difference.
- The Contract is terminably conditional on non-payment of the Total Amount. In the event that such payment is not made, the contract will therefore be deemed to be terminated as of right. Of such termination and the consequent cancellation of the order, you will be notified immediately after the transmission of the order, via the Site.
- In order to place an order for an Access Title through the Site, you must carefully read and approve, by checking the appropriate box made available to you during the purchase process, these T&Cs.
- At the end of the purchase process, the User will receive from the Organizer, at the e-mail address indicated during the purchase process, an e-mail summarizing the purchase made and the Access Ticket which must be printed by the User and exhibited on the day of the Event as a necessary condition for access to the Event.
8. Obligations of the User
- The User agrees to:
- to view, read and accept these T&Cs as a necessary condition for the purchase of the Access Securities, since they are clauses drafted pursuant to Leg. 70/2003 and the provisions on distance shopping;
- Pay the Price in the time and manner set forth in these T&Cs;
- Print and keep these T&Cs;
- Print and keep the Access Title;
- Retain the order receipt and purchase information detailing the Price forwarded by e-mail to the User.
9. Limitations of Liability.
- The Event Organizer and the Sales Platform Manager. assume no liability for expenses and/or damages, direct and/or indirect, in any way related to the sale of Access Tickets and the holding of the Exhibition Event.
- The Manager of the Sales Platform reserves the right to withdraw, modify, suspend or discontinue any function or service rendered by it in connection with the sale of Entry Securities, where this is made necessary or appropriate for technical and/or organizational reasons, without prejudice to the fulfillment of any Contract already concluded.
10. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal from the Contract.
- The User acknowledges that since the subject matter of the Contract is the provision of services concerning leisure held by the Event Organizer on a specific date, the Contract, pursuant to Art. 59, co. 1(n) of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal provided by Art. 52 of the Consumer Code. Therefore, the Customer may not exercise this right in connection with the purchase of Access Securities.
11. Event postponed or cancelled
- In the event of changes in the scheduling and/or time of an Event, the Access Ticket Holder will have the right to obtain a replacement of his/her Entrance Ticket or a refund of the same, if applicable.
- In case of cancellation of the Event, the Ticket Holder will be entitled to request a refund of the ticket cost. The Organizer will proceed with reimbursement operations according to the most appropriate timing and in the most appropriate manner, providing for the reimbursement of the cost of the Entrance Ticket only, excluding any other possible costs applied (such as, by way of example, service fees, shipping costs) and retaining in each case an amount equal to 13% of the total price paid by the User.
- In any case, the Organizer will not replace the Admission Ticket in the event that it is lost, lost, deteriorated, damaged or destroyed or if the Admission Ticket is stolen or is even partially illegible.
12. Essential terms and express termination clause
- The User acknowledges that the terms of payment of the Price constitutes essential terms pursuant to Article 1458 of the Italian Civil Code.
- Breaches of the following obligations are recognized as serious by the User:
- Violation by the User of the User’s obligations under Art. Error: reference source not found and Error: reference source not found.
- Upon the occurrence of one or more of the serious failures referred to in the preceding Art. Error: reference source not found, the Event Organizer has the right to terminate the contract of sale of the Access Ticket ex art. 1456 of the Italian Civil Code. The effects of termination will occur as of right 15 (fifteen) days after receipt of the registered letter with return receipt or e-mail in which the default is detailed and in the absence of fulfillment of the defaulting party’s obligation within the same period.
13. Photo and Video Shooting
- The Event Organizer informs the User that video footage, photos and video interviews will be taken during the Event, which may be used on a non-profit basis and for informational and/or promotional purposes of the Event and, for this purpose, may be published on the Site, on company websites, on the Event Owner’s social networking platforms, in magazines and in any other media intended for dissemination used for promotional purposes of the Event.
- By purchasing the Access Title, the User grants release authorizing the Event Owner to use such material, it being understood that consent may be revoked at any time in accordance with the privacy policy.
14. Privacy
- The Event Organizer, as the data controller of the data collected through the Site, protects the privacy of its Users and ensures that the processing of data complies with the provisions of the regulations set forth in Reg. (EU) 2016/679. Hence the invitation to Users to carefully read the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
- Users may revoke their consent at any time by emailing: info@tramediluce.it.

15. Jurisdiction Applicable Law
- The Event Contract is subject to Italian law.
- In the event of any dispute arising out of or relating to the Contract and these T&Cs, the Court of the User’s residence or, alternatively, that of Milan shall have jurisdiction. For matters not expressly referred to herein, Italian and EU regulations are to be understood as applicable.
16. Final clauses
- These T&Cs and the directions in the electronic title purchase process form constitute the entire contractual agreement between User and Event Organizer.
- Should one or more of the provisions of the T&Cs – Consumer be deemed invalid or declared invalid under the law, the other provisions will continue to have full force and effect.
- These T&Cs may be subject to updates. Please take note of the published version and update date. However, the T&Cs published and in effect at the time of the purchase of the Access Title remain valid.
