- A complimentary ticket is available for children under 6 years old and for individuals with disabilities. The ticket will be given directly at the ticket office; no reservation is necessary. A certification document will be required.
- Individuals with disabilities holding certification pursuant to Law 104 are entitled to free entry. To collect the complimentary ticket, one must go to the info point at the entrance of the event. Any companions entitled to a discounted ticket may purchase it at a reduced rate of €15.00 directly on site. – Documentation supporting eligibility for discounts must be presented to the designated staff, who reserves the right to verify documents.
- Failure to present such documentation will result in the obligation to purchase a new entry ticket and the loss of any previously paid amounts. No adjustments can be made in any way.

TICKETS INFO
- Date: From 30 November 2024 to 6 January 2025. Wednesday to Sunday, with exceptional openings Mondays from 26 December to 6 January and Tuesdays 19, 26 December and 2 January. Closed 24, 25 & 31 December.
- Hours: 6.00 p.m. to 11 p.m., with entrances every 30 minutes to facilitate access. Last admission at 9 p.m. Closing at 23:00
- Average duration to enjoy the experience: 1 hour
To purchase the ticket:
- Select the type of ticket.
- If you purchase an Open ticket, you do not need to choose the day or time at the time of purchase. Open tickets are limited and will be on sale until sold out. Open tickets do not allow you to skip the line.
- Choose the day. Ticket prices start at €19, varying depending on the day of the week. Please note! On 24, 25 and 31 December we are closed.
- Choose your entry time.
- Children under 5 and people with disabilities (law 104) enter free of charge. Accompanying persons, if provided by the certificate, may purchase a reduced admission ticket at the info point at the entrance. No reductions are granted for any other type of disability.
